With which parties do you ship?
We ship with the following parties:
FRL (large packages only)*

The delivery times apply to products in stock. These delivery times are indicative and will be longer around holidays and in December.

How long does it take for my order to be delivered?
We aim to ship products that are in stock within 2 days. Some products we do not have in stock as standard and have a longer delivery time. The delivery time can be found on the product page or can be requested.

We will ship the order as soon as it is complete.

We calculate the shipping costs and the possible carriers based on the size and weight of the package.

Can I pick up my order?
Yes, you can, you can choose to pick up at Verstralershop in Sneek from the shipping options at checkout, which is always free. Our customer service will contact you when your package is ready.

I entered my shipping address incorrectly, what now?
That can happen, as soon as you discover it, the easiest thing is to call us right away. Then we may still be in time to change your shipping address.

I have not yet received my package, what now?
We advise you to track your package via the track & trace link you received. If the package is on the road longer than you would normally expect, please contact us!

Complaint about delivery: received damaged package.

If you receive a package with visible damage from the carrier, ask the driver to make a note about the condition of your package.

If the product or package is delivered to you damaged, we request that you inform us within 5 days of receipt of the shipment via [email protected].

We cannot guarantee compensation if you contact us after 5 days because we can no longer hold the carrier liable.

In case of a damaged package, please send us the following information:
Order number and delivery date
Photos of the shipping box + label
Photos of the products
Any further relevant information


Can I return my order?

Yes you can! You can return:
Within 30 days of receiving your order
If the product is in unused condition / undamaged
If it is not a custom-made item - such as e.g.
Custom sun visor
Custom spoiler
Other customized products or products intended for a specific person.

How can I return something?
1. Send an email to [email protected]
2. Always provide an order number when you return a package, for example put an invoice or packing slip in the box.
3. Make sure your package is well packed and preferably in the original shipping box and send your package to: / Attn. returns

Important: the costs for returning are for your own account. You are responsible for the product arriving to us, so we recommend sending it by registered mail.
