Complete set of light sources for Scania S and R series with LED headlights from 2016+. This conversion kit replaces the  cold, white LED warning light with yellow/orange light. The powerful high-power CREE diodes provide plenty of brightness, in true "turn signal orange" color. Just like the original, they are mounted on aluminum printed circuit boards, which ensures optimal cooling and lifespan of the diodes.

The circuit board consists of original connectors, so the connection is purely Plug & Play.

Each kit contains two circuit boards, one right and one left, as well as thermal paste to increase heat conduction and cooling. The original does not have thermal paste, but we always recommend that you use it.

Please note: the light sources are not E-approved.

Mounting
It is relatively easy to change the light sources and takes about half an hour per lamp for the first time.

The screws for the lantern are located behind the doors that must be opened for access. The lamp is screwed in and turned out. When the lamp is unfolded, remove the plastic around it. It's completely secured with screws.

The DRL light source is located at the top and bottom of the lamp. First, however, the light adjustment, which is attached to the heat sink, must be removed. When the light setting is released, the heatsink unscrews and the light source can be pushed out.

Disconnect the plug by pressing the lock. The black plastic on the circuit board is unscrewed and the circuit board can then be removed. The new card is mounted on the back with some thermal paste.

NOTE: Only for the new S and R, which have LED headlights installed, and therefore no halogen.
