What can I do with a controller?

With a controller, you have full control of your lighting and can easily operate it in one place.

Can I install a controller myself?

It is possible to install a controller yourself, but this requires knowledge and possibly experience about connecting lights.

Because of this, we recommend always leaving this type of installation to a professional!

However, if you want to try it yourself, the installation will go broadly as follows:

  1. Choose location:
  2. Choose a suitable spot in the vehicle for the controller, preferably close to the battery and lights so you can easily access the connections.
  3. Connecting power wires: Connect the positive wire of the controller to the positive terminal of the battery and the negative wire to the negative terminal.
  4. This will provide power to the controller.
  5. Connecting lighting wires: Connect the wires from the controller to the lighting.
  6. Connect the positive wire to the positive terminal of the lights and the negative wire to the negative terminal.
  7. Check connections: Make sure all connections are solid and well insulated to prevent short circuits.
  8. If necessary, use crimp connections or insulating tape for added safety.
  9. Testing and checking: Start the vehicle to verify that the lights are working properly.
  10. Check that all lights respond properly and recheck all connections for safety before setting off.
