Which carriers do you use for shipping?
At Lights & Styling, we believe it’s important that your order is delivered not only quickly but also safely and carefully. That’s why we work with trusted and reputable carriers to ensure a smooth delivery for both small and large packages.

Please note: During checkout, we automatically display the most suitable carrier based on the size, weight, and delivery address of your order. Once your package leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive a track-and-trace link via email so you can easily track your order.
How long does it take for my order to be delivered?
We do everything we can to ship your order as quickly as possible. In-stock products are usually shipped within 1 to 2 business days. Some items may have a longer delivery time, for example, if we need to order them specifically for you. We indicate the current delivery time as accurately as possible on the product page. If there are any deviations, we’ll let you know. Have questions about delivery time? Feel free to contact us, and we’ll be happy to assist.
When ordering multiple products, we ship the order once all items are in stock and ready for shipping. This way, you receive everything at once, and we minimize the number of packages. The shipping costs and available carriers are then automatically determined based on the size and weight of your entire order. During checkout, you’ll see exactly which shipping options are available to you. Would you prefer us to ship products separately as soon as they’re ready? Let us know, and we’ll see what’s possible.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes, you can! During checkout, you can select the option to pick up your order at Verstralershop in Sneek. This option is always free. Once your order is ready, we’ll contact you to arrange a suitable pickup time.
I entered the wrong shipping address, what now?
No worries, it happens. If you’ve noticed an error in your shipping address, please contact us by phone as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we can usually update the address in time.
I haven’t received my package yet, what can I do?
First, check the status of your order using the track & trace link you received via email. If the package appears delayed or something seems wrong, feel free to contact us. We’ll investigate and provide a suitable solution.
Received a damaged package?
If your order arrives damaged, that’s obviously very frustrating, and we’d like to resolve it with you. Follow the steps below to ensure your issue is handled as quickly and smoothly as possible:
1. Damage upon receipt from the driver
If you receive a package with visible damage from the carrier, ask the driver to make a note of the damage immediately. This helps when filing a damage claim.
2. Report damage within 5 days
If your package or product is delivered damaged, please let us know within 5 days of receipt via [email protected]. After this period, we can no longer guarantee compensation, as we can’t claim the damage from the carrier.
3. What do we need from you?
Include the following information with your report:
- Your order number and delivery date
- Photos of the shipping box (including the shipping label)
- Photos of the damaged products
- Any additional relevant information
Once we receive your report, we’ll contact you as soon as possible to offer a suitable solution.
Returns
Not satisfied with your order? No problem, at Lights & Styling, you have 30 days to return (part of) your order. We make returning as easy as possible so you can shop with confidence. Below, you’ll find exactly when and how you can return a product.
Can I return my order?
Yes, returning is no problem! You can return a product within 30 days of receipt, provided it meets the following conditions:
- The product is unused
- The product is undamaged
- It is not a custom-made product*
* This includes, for example, custom sun visors, custom spoilers, and other specially made or personalized products.
How do I return a package?
You can return your order within 30 days of receipt, provided the product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- Send an email to [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the return.
- Include your order number with the package, for example, by including an invoice or packing slip in the box.
